Legal Framework
Aryze provides technology infrastructure for stablecoin operations. The legal and compliance framework around each implementation depends on the product design, partner structure, jurisdiction, and applicable terms.
Aryze’s role is to provide the infrastructure layer that supports a controlled operating model. This can include compliance-related features, reserve operations, verification workflows, auditability, and operational controls. Where regulated activities are involved, those responsibilities sit with the relevant partner, licensed issuer, or other regulated entity, depending on the structure of the setup.
Core framework
CDD, AML and CFT controls Implementations can include customer due diligence, anti-money laundering controls, and counter-terrorist financing measures, depending on the product model, partner structure, and jurisdiction.
KYC and KYB support The operating model can support identity and business verification requirements where relevant to onboarding, access, and ongoing operations.
Sanctions-related controls Access and transaction flows can be subject to sanctions screening, restrictions, and other risk controls, depending on the implementation structure and applicable requirements. FATF’s standards and guidance frame AML/CFT as a risk-based control environment, and targeted financial sanctions are treated as a separate but related control area.
Address and access controls Operational controls can include whitelisting, permissions, approval logic, limits, and other mechanisms designed to support controlled usage.
Reserve operations and verification The framework can include reserve-related workflows, verification processes, and audit or attestation support as part of the broader operating model.
Auditability and oversight Infrastructure activity can be recorded in a structured way to support monitoring, reconciliation, review, and ongoing operational oversight.
Operational model
Partner-led structure The partner defines the product, governance model, and user-facing setup.
Aryze as technology provider Aryze provides the infrastructure used to support issuance, operations, and integration. Aryze does not replace any legal, regulatory, or licensed responsibilities that may apply to the relevant partner structure.
Controlled deployment Each implementation is configured around the specific product model, operational requirements, and relevant controls.
Ongoing review The framework is designed to support ongoing monitoring, verification, and operational review over time.
Why it matters
A stablecoin product needs more than issuance logic. It needs clear responsibilities, defined controls, and an operating model that can be monitored in production.
Aryze’s approach is to provide the technology infrastructure for that model. This gives partners a more structured foundation for launching and operating stablecoin products with transparency, control, and auditability.
