Legal Framework
Aryze provides technology infrastructure for stablecoin-related operating models. Aryze is not the issuer, bank, or regulated entity responsible for regulated activities within any given implementation.
The legal and compliance framework for each implementation depends on the product design, partner structure, jurisdiction, and applicable terms. Where regulated activities are involved, those responsibilities remain with the relevant partner, licensed issuer, or other regulated entity.
Aryze’s role is limited to providing the infrastructure layer that supports operational setup, control, and integration. This may include technical functionality that supports verification workflows, reserve-related processes, auditability, and operational controls. Aryze does not assume legal, regulatory, or licensed responsibilities that apply to the relevant product structure.
Core framework
CDD, AML and CFT controls Implementations can be configured to support customer due diligence, anti-money laundering controls, and counter-terrorist financing measures, depending on the product model, partner structure, and jurisdiction. Responsibility for these controls remains with the relevant partner or regulated entity.
KYC and KYB support The infrastructure can support identity and business verification workflows where relevant to onboarding, access, and ongoing operations. Aryze provides the technology layer only and does not act as the verifying or regulated party unless explicitly stated.
Sanctions-related controls Implementations can support sanctions screening, restrictions, and other risk controls, depending on the structure and applicable requirements. These controls form part of the operational setup but do not transfer regulatory responsibility to Aryze.
Address and access controls Operational controls can include whitelisting, permissions, approval logic, limits, and other mechanisms designed to support controlled usage and access management.
Reserve operations and verification The infrastructure can support reserve-related workflows, verification processes, and audit or attestation support as part of the broader operating model. Responsibility for reserve management, attestations, and any associated obligations sits with the relevant partner or regulated entity.
Auditability and oversight Infrastructure activity can be recorded in a structured way to support monitoring, reconciliation, review, and operational oversight.
Operational model
Partner-led structure The partner defines the product, governance model, legal structure, and user-facing setup.
Aryze as technology provider Aryze provides the infrastructure used to support implementation, operations, and integration. Aryze does not issue stablecoins, does not provide regulated financial services by default, and does not replace any legal, regulatory, or licensed responsibilities that may apply to the relevant partner structure.
Controlled deployment Each implementation is configured around the specific product model, operational requirements, and relevant controls.
Ongoing review The infrastructure is designed to support ongoing monitoring, verification, and operational review over time.
Why it matters A stablecoin product requires more than technical issuance logic. It requires clear responsibilities, defined controls, and an operating model that can be monitored in production.
Aryze’s role is to provide the technology infrastructure that supports this operating model. This gives partners a more structured foundation for building and operating stablecoin products with greater control, visibility, and auditability. Regulatory, legal, and licensed responsibilities remain with the relevant partner or regulated entity.
