Tokens sold during the public sale will not be subject to any vesting periods. Participants will have immediate access to their tokens after the sale concludes.

Yes, 8.6% of the $RYZE supply was allocated during a Private Sale round, raising $2.5 million to support Aryze’s technology and legal framework development over the last seven years. This sale was conducted at an average fully diluted valuation (FDV) of approximately $60 million.
Additionally, over 63% of the tokens sold during the Private Sale have been voluntarily locked by investors for periods between 12 to 48 months, starting from Q2 2024. This reflects their long-term confidence in Aryze’s vision and future.
