Backing & Solvency
ARYZE E-Assets are designed to mimic the stability and reliability of traditional cash and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Unlike other digital assets that may experience significant value fluctuations, ARYZE E-Assets maintain a stable value and can always be redeemed their backing assets.
Launch and Backing
ARYZE E-Assets will be issued by ARYZE BVI, with initial backing provided by accounts at Bank Frick, managed through ONE Financials, a UK-based institution. Additional support comes from Britannia Financial Group and other global financial institutions. Each ARYZE stablecoin represents a claim against ARYZE BVI and is backed by underlying assets guaranteed by the government. These assets are managed under a fund-management agreement with ARYZE ApS.
Full-Reserve Model
Every ARYZE stablecoin is backed 1:1 with cash or cash-equivalent assets, such as U.S. Treasury bills and European bonds. This full-reserve model ensures that each token is fully collateralized from the moment it is issued.
Solvency and Auditing
Grant Thornton, a renowned audit firm, conducts monthly solvency audits of ARYZE E-Assets. These audits are be publicly available (see the Audits page) without any intervention from ARYZE. Grant Thornton will have direct reading rights to ARYZE's holdings with banking and custody partners, ensuring continuous monitoring of the circulating E-Assets via blockchain transparency. The total assets held by ARYZE must always match the amount of E-Assets issued.
Circulating Supply
New E-Assets tokens are issued when corporate institutions or market makers purchase them from resellers. At present, ARYZE does not accept direct deposits from retail or corporate users. Users must create accounts on exchanges where E-Assets are listed to buy them. For example, to purchase eEUR, a user transfers fiat EUR to a reseller, who then requests new tokens from ARYZE BVI's treasury. This process guarantees that all circulating E-Assets are fully backed from issuance.
When E-Assets are traded on centralized or decentralized exchanges, market makers engage in arbitrage to keep the price stable and close to its peg.

By ensuring that each token is backed by solid assets and audited transparently, ARYZE aims to provide a stable and reliable digital currency that users can trust.
